What is Prepraisal.com?

Prepraisal.com is a national platform for providing on-demand (24 hour) appraisal services for mortgage related purchase transactions. Our database of G.M.E appraisers provide Prepraisal inspections on active properties within their selected geographic market area. Clients use the platform to identify and engage appraisers with Prepraisal inspectionss on the subject property to order compliant summary appraisal reports delivered within 24 hours.

What is a Prepraisal?

A Prepraisal is an interior inspection performed by a G.M.E. appraiser independant of developing an appraisal report or opinion of value. The Prepraisal is used to notify prospective clients of your recent inspection while providing summary subject data. Based on their Prepraisal inspection, participating G.M.E. appraisers can then develop an appraisal report with an opinion of value within 24 hours of engagement by a client.

What is a G.M.E. designation?

The G.M.E designation or Geographic Market Expert is used to inform current and prospective client of an appraisers expertise in a defined market gained through increased interaction with local brokers & agents and the performance of Prepraisal on all active properties within their assigned market. This approach leads to faster and more credible assignment results as the G.M.E. appraiser has typically already inspected the interior of the subject property and all of it's comparables.
